The most valuable asset I offer as a coach is that I can touch upon my own past struggle with food, weight, and dieting issues. I was a serial dieter until 1992, when I finally gave the whole dieting idea away for good, and consequently lost 30kg.

I have authored three best-selling healthy eating books, and I have appeared numerous times on national television and radio stations. Our story and work has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines over the years.

I am so grateful that dieting didn't worked for me long term. Otherwise I wouldn’t have sourced out a better way! I wouldn't be able to eat whatever I want and effortlessly maintain my slimmest weight since high school!
